Northside Christian Academy

I am a minority that has two childrenm going to school at Northside
Christian Academy in Charlotte. I read these posts about not diversity at the school. Frankly, I am more concerned with my children getting a good education in a Christian environement and NCA provides both. I chose the school because of its track record. I don't want to come in and change the school to fit my views, it would serve no purpose of sending them there. Wether the teachers are all black or white or any other race, it is unimportant to me as long as they are well qualified and deliver a level of education that will prepare my kids for the next stage of their studies and life.

Not worth $6525...what a joke! My child will not go back. No parent association and they are not interested in one.

My children are receiving an excellent and challenging education at NCA. I highly recommend NCA, we have been a part of the NCA family for over 12 years. The teachers and administration are wonderful and always willing to help.

This school has a reputation of providing good academic quality. However, they are not diverse, nor do they have any diversity on their staff (with the exception of the coaching staff). Seems to be a double standard for some of the older children-middle school and up regarding their demerit system. Many parents complained this year about the leadership of Mr. Woodcock and Mrs. Nelson.

I would think long and hard about sending my children back to Northside.
