Shiloh Valley Elementary in Monroe, NC, serves 574 students in grades 3–5 and is paired on the same campus with Shiloh Valley Primary School (grades PK–2) in Union County Public Schools. The school holds a 3-star rating and ranks 669th out of 1,492 North Carolina elementary schools — at the 55th percentile statewide, down from the 84th percentile a decade ago. Shiloh Elementary has some of the hardest working teachers in Union County. I have been a teacher in this school system and I am a parent of three kids at Shiloh. The staff is dedicated to every child, and the administrative team is outstanding. Close Quote
