Open Quote The teaching staff is not good. They're lazy. My child spends hours every night doing homework. I often wonder what they do in class because they have so much homework. I feel they don't encourage the kids or push them to reach they full potential. It's all about who the kids parents are. When it comes to the parents, the ora of elitism and racism forwards non-whites is very obvious at Hope Middle School. It's a country school in rural NC so I guest that is to be expected. About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
