Bay Springs Elementary School is a small, rural PK–5 school in Bay Springs, Mississippi, serving 370 students in the West Jasper School District. The school currently holds a 2-star rating and ranks in the 42nd percentile of Mississippi elementary schools, a notable decline from its 80th-percentile, 4-star performance in 2017–18. Bay Springs serves a very high-poverty population, with 96.8% of students qualifying for free or reduced lunch.
