Open Quote This is quite possibly one of the worst educational institutions in the state of Missouri. They do not know how to handle children with special educational needs, allow for kids to be bullied verbally with only giving the offending kid a 'warning' but then severely discipline a child for reacting physically after being tormented. The teachers are not responsive and when you are actually concerned about your child's well being and educational success, they become hateful and defensive, working against you rather than with you to improve your child's educational success. I am disappointed that Blue Springs School District allows for such a poor school to continue on this way and even more baffled that they received some sort of award for education as they clearly do not care about their students who need the most help. As a single mother who cares greatly about my child but has very little support, these teachers simply look for ways to enable my child's lack of motivation rather than trying to nurture his education.

My advice is to avoid this school at all costs. Do better for your child because this school won't even try to. Close Quote
