Hills-Beaver Creek School District is a small Minnesota district with just two schools serving roughly 343 students: Hills-Beaver Creek Elementary for grades PK–5 (153 students) and Hills-Beaver Creek Secondary for grades 6–12 (190 students). Because there is no standalone middle school, the secondary school serves both middle and high school grades.
Hills-Beaver Creek Secondary is the clear standout. It ranks 3rd of 473 schools in the state — the 99th percentile, 5 stars — a dramatic jump from 64th of 450 the year before. Its graduation rate is 96.4% against the state's 84.9%, and its dropout rate is 0.0% against the state's 4.2%.
