Eastern Carver County Public School includes eight elementary schools serving about 4,000 students: seven K–5 schools — Carver Elementary, Victoria Elementary, Clover Ridge Elementary, Jonathan Elementary, Bluff Creek Elementary, Chanhassen Elementary and La Academia — plus Kinder Academy, which serves kindergarten only. The district ranks 30th of 458 in Minnesota, in the 93rd percentile with 5 stars, and every tested K–5 school scores above the state average in math, reading and science in 2025–2026.

Victoria Elementary is the clear standout, leading all tested schools in math (72.1), reading (74.2) and science (48.4), with the highest rank (43 of 869, 95th percentile) and the only current 5-star rating. Jonathan Elementary is the reading standout at 70.1, ranked 100 of 869 (88th percentile). The biggest improvers are La Academia and Carver Elementary, both moving from 3 stars to 4 stars; La Academia's math rose 9.7 points and Carver's 8.6 points, and Carver is the largest school with 782 students.

Science is the most variable subject: 2025–2026 all-grade scores range from 26.5 to 48.4, with steep year-over-year drops at Chanhassen Elementary (−23.9 points) and Bluff Creek Elementary (−21.0), though both remain 4-star schools. Clover Ridge Elementary has strong science (40.0) but a 5th-grade math score of only 43.2. Carver's reading (56.8) is the lowest among tested schools, and Kinder Academy is too small and too early a grade to compare on test scores. Free-lunch rates and class sizes do not tell a simple story — La Academia has the highest free/reduced lunch rate yet still scores above state averages.
