As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote The PEP group is fantastic. They provide many off-site and on-site activities for students and families to participate in. My experience started off good, but then Dr. Labadie was hired as the principal. She is horrible to the staff, thus teacher morale is low. Most of the teachers are effective, however there are too many students in each class. The teachers do not have support from Dr. Labadie for student misbehavior. The district has cut funding, thus leaving teachers without supplies. I spoke with administration at the board level, however found myself getting no where.
Leadership at the school: Dr. Labadie does not return calls and/or emails. Does not enforce punishment for bad behavior. She was quick to come in and change processes instead of easing into change. Students are disrespectful to her. She rarely follows thru with what she says she will do. As a parent, I do not feel as though she has created a positive learning environment.
Bullying is prevelent in this school.I filed a few complaints with the principal and teachers and had little assistance with coming to a resolution. After years of dealing with Dr. Labadie, I found she is the lead bully which she has repeatedly proven by the way she treats the staff and the students. I found that other districts are taking time train their faculty and staff to effectively work with students to help them better understand and navigate their own mental health by teaching units such as student growth and well-being Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
