Open Quote The staff at Cornell is some of the best that I have ever seen! They are so amazing. They are gracious to their parent volunteers, they are welcoming, they go out of their way to make new students feel at home. Cornell is a wonderful place to raise your children! Okemos schools hold their children to a very high expectation, and it shows. This group of children are bright, caring, well educated kids! I couldn't be happier that my children go there! About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
