Open Quote I am a teacher elsewhere. My stepchildren attend and/or have attended Clarkston. The oldest, in college, writes like a middle school student. The youngest has limped through the special ed program without being educated in basic areas. She has no idea how unprepared she is. Neither of them have received any college counseling at all. I would say this school system wholeheartedly embraces mediocrity. Close Quote
