Open Quote This School has around 29 Students Per Teacher, and not the 16 that was stated for the Student/Teacher Ratio from 2009-2010. There were around the same amount last year. There was an Elementary School that Closed last Year and those Children were moved to Roose, well at least a big majority of them did. Today, the First Day of School was so unorganized; Parents looking to see where to send their Children at; there wasn't any Teachers out in the back of the Building were the kids would be going in. The Teachers came out way past the start of School and the Bell didn't ring at all. I don't know how the kids are going to get a Good Education, with having that many kids to a Teacher. About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
