Open Quote We have lived in Fitchburg since just before our daughter was born. She attended McKay from KG to 4th grade. And when she was going into middle school we wanted to make sure that she was able to get all she could from the teachers and school. So we choose to send her to Longsjo Middle School. Which is an ELT school(Extended Learning Time) The longer day has provided her more options for learning and a better overall experience. She is in the AALI group and is excelling in all her classes. The teachers take an interest in each kid individually through every grade and class. Communication between the teachers and administration can not be beat. I have a sibling that has her children in a much tonier town's school system and she does nothing but complain about the lack of communication with the school, and the teachers. Over all the entire FPS system has been wonderful Close Quote
