ZIP code 46953 in Marion, Indiana (Grant County) contains three public high schools serving grades 9–12 — Marion High School, Eastbrook High School, and Excel Center - Grant County — with a combined enrollment of 1,621 students. Marion High School, part of Marion Community Schools, is by far the largest at 1,058 students (about 65% of the ZIP's high schoolers). Eastbrook High School, in Eastbrook Community School Corp, enrolls 524 (about 32%), and the Goodwill-operated Excel Center enrolls just 39.

Eastbrook High School is the clear standout: the only 4-star school here, ranked 121 of 415 Indiana high schools (71st percentile), with the best graduation rate (97.5% vs. the state's 89.7%) and the lowest chronic absenteeism (10.1% vs. 16.7% statewide).
