North Putnam Community Schools has two elementary schools, Bainbridge Elementary School and Roachdale Elementary School, both serving PK–5 in an Indiana district ranked 89 of 374 with 4 stars. Together they enroll 674 students: Bainbridge has 456 students (about 67.7%) and Roachdale has 218 (about 32.3%). Bainbridge stands out for overall performance and momentum, rising from 431/1,011 (57th percentile) in 2023–2024 to 340/1,015 (67th percentile) in 2025–2026.
