Compared with state results, the Junior High was 7 points below in ELA and 16 below in math; Central Intermediate was 10 points below in both subjects. At the Senior High, results varied by grade and subject: grade 10 PreACT ELA was 3 points above the state, and grade 11 ACT science was 1 point above, but seven of its nine listed comparisons were below state levels. Its largest gaps were in ACT ELA, 12 points below, and grade 10 PreACT math, 8 points below.
Over time, the lower schools’ all-grades ELA results moved closer to the state, while math moved farther below it: from 2024 to 2025, ELA gaps improved by 2 points at the Junior High and 4 at Central Intermediate, while math gaps worsened by 4 and 5 points, respectively. SchoolDigger’s percentile rankings also declined from 2023–2024 to 2025–2026: from the 56th to 49th percentile at the Senior High, 45th to 27th at the Junior High, and 40th to 24th at Central Intermediate. School-to-school score comparisons are not grade-matched because the schools serve different grades.
