Results have improved in some areas, but not across the board. The elementary school’s all-grade ELA gap narrowed by 9 points from 2024–2025 to 2025–2026, while its math gap widened by 4 points. High-school ACT science moved from 7 points below the state to 13 points above, and ACT ELA also moved closer to the state. SchoolDigger’s rankings rose from the 6th to the 34th percentile for the elementary school and from the 35th to the 71st for the high school; the district is ranked 230th of 738, at the 69th percentile, with three stars. In 2024–2025, the elementary and high school had student-teacher ratios of 11.3 and 8.6, respectively, and free/reduced lunch eligible shares of 68% and 58%. These context measures describe the schools but do not explain their results.
