Troy School District

Troy School District is a small, two-school district in Troy, Idaho, serving approximately 336 students in grades PK–12 through Troy Elementary School and Troy Junior/Senior High School. The Troy School District itself is highly rated, ranking 6th out of 101 Idaho districts (94th percentile) with a 5-star rating, and both schools perform well above state averages in most subjects.

Troy Elementary is the district’s academic engine, excelling especially in English Language Arts with 84.6% proficiency versus 54% statewide, and it also posts very low chronic absenteeism at 6.8%. Its overall school rank is 37th of 346 Idaho elementary schools (89th percentile), a dramatic rise from the 46th percentile a decade ago.
