Open Quote I had the unfortunate opportunity to witness the alarming issues and toxic environment that plagued this institution.

First and foremost, the recurring problem of delayed payments for staff is simply unacceptable. Despite this, employees are expected to continue working diligently without receiving their rightful compensation. Moreover, handling conflicts and communication breakdowns by the head staff is nothing short of alarming. Instead of addressing the concerns and ensuring a respectful dialogue, there was a dismissive attitude, choosing to avoid the conversation and prioritizing other matters.

Adding to the list of concerns is the apparent mismanagement of resources and questionable relationships between certain individuals. The suspicion of potential mishandling of funds is deeply troubling, as it raises serious ethical and financial concerns. Additionally, the blurring of personal and professional boundaries raises further questions about the integrity and professionalism of the leadership team.

Furthermore, the dismissive attitude towards both staff and parents when receiving feedback or concerns is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experiences, I cannot in good conscience recommend The LIFE School to parents seeking a nurturing and supportive environment for their children's education. It is crucial that these issues are addressed promptly and effectively to create a positive and conducive learning environment for both students and staff. Close Quote

Open Quote If you are looking for a decent daycare, this is a fine choice. If you are looking for an EDUCATION for your learner, go somewhere else. Our high schooler went here for 1.5 years and it was one of the worst experiences she's had. They say they are hands-on project based, but in 1.5 years there my learner did exactly three projects across all subjects. Math is instructed through Khan Academy not a teacher/class/instruction. Some teachers did not know how to use Zoom and Google Classroom so those teachers were ineffective with offering course materials. Classes were cancelled and late on a regular basis. When we went to the school with our concerns they took it out on our learner. They even went so far as to take her name out of the yearbook even though she attended the school the entire year and they have her photos all in it (so childish of the school). I would not recommend this one bit and if I could give zero stars I would. Close Quote
