Open Quote I have witnessed WRHS go up and down over the last few decades. Indeed the the demographics changed a lot after Veterans opened up which shifted a good bit of more affluent students away from WRHS. Nonetheless, WRHS has many very competent and passionate teacher. The past few years have been plagued by weak leadership. In April of 2016 we saw the untimely passing of their principal, but we only hope that the succeeding principal can take the strong lead WRHS deserves to usher in a new and brighter chapter. About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
