Open Quote The teachers at Clark Creek STEM Academy are wonderful. They have proven to be caring and dedicated to my children. My children come home from school happy everyday and for that I am very grateful. Parent and family involvement at this school is also outstanding and there is a lot to be said about that. This is a wonderful school with really great things to come in their future. Close Quote

Open Quote We are so blessed to be zoned for Clark Creek Elementary STEM Academy. It is a school of choice though and there are many students from surrounding elementary schools in our county that transfer over. There are small class sizes and dynamic teachers. The teachers are truly the best of the best! My sons are in K5 and there are about 23 kids and my other son in 4th has about 22 kids in his class.

There is an awesome Science Lab and STEM Lab. There is even a cooking lab for the younger kids to learn real life applications of science in cooking. There are robotics teams and so many other opportunities. The principal is always pushing the teachers (99% of them are Gifted Certified) to the next level. There is high level parent involvement and the staff encourages it.

I really can't say enough about how pleased my husband and I are. We really feel apart of the Clark Creek Family. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
