Open Quote I love Central High School. I love the students and my fellow faculty who sincerly care about their studetns. As much as I would like to score higher I cannot. The teachers are overleoaded with uncesssary work that is said to help learning but in actuality lowers the quality of our classrooms because of the excessive burdens emposed. They would see a remarkable improvment in student performance and teacher satisfaction if they simply backed off of their teachers and let them do what they have already been trained to do. About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
