Open Quote My niece has been attending American Preparatory Academy since 2016. She had been bullied in her previous school and was struggling academically because of the lack of personalized attention, since she was in public school with about 30 kids in her class. Since moving to APA, she has thrived. She is happy to go to school and feels like she has her “safe space” outside from home. I had the opportunity of interacting with Ms. Soraya and now with Prof. Wain. I have to say that both principals are dedicated human beings who find what they do a vocation. I love the emphasis on giving students coping mechanisms and teaching them life skills. The faculty and staff really reflect the same care as the principals. It really is an excellent environment for a child to thrive. Close Quote

Open Quote American preparatory does have a Library. Since is a very small school 2 different libraries were developed in 2 different classrooms. One for elementary and one for middle and high school.

My three kids go to the school and Im very happy with the outcome. More personal and family oriented. Specializing in children with ADD-ADHD , Asperges and more. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
