Open Quote Horrible! They have way too many half days and early dismissals constantly and they don't teach. It's like they can't wait to go home. My son comes home and is completely lost when he does his homework. They just give good grades and take your money. The tuition is through the roof and going up. The principle is paranoid since the Parkland tragedy and barricades "HERSELF" in her office with bullet proof glass. I can only imagine how much that has cost and of course the parents pick up the tab so "SHE" can be protected. She is politicizing a tragedy and scaring the children due to her anti-gun agenda. The school looks like a crime scene with all the police there everyday with the lights flashing. All they need to do is hire a Security Guard like Pine Crest and save a ton of money instead of blowing everything out of proportion. My son is scared because he tells me the Principle says they must prepare for people with guns to come in and shoot everyone. It's not a school anymore, it more like a bomb shelter. The Principle and BSO use the loud speaker system and performs constant drills like hiding under their desk, barricading the doors and windows daily instead of teaching. They prepare as if a missile strike is on the way. The school overall is rated poorly academically. Don't send your child here unless you are more interested in how to survive a nuclear strike rather than education. Close Quote

Open Quote This school's current tuition is 11,000 per year not including other fees they hit you with throughout the year. They offer a discretionary parishioner discount but is only for as much money as you put in the Church envelopes during the year so that is really not a discount. You do not get what you pay for and your child is treated like a number (an 11,000 dollar number to be exact). The leadership at the school is disappointing as they will not go out of their way to help unless it is in their best interest. The kids are nice and teachers are slightly above average although you have a few well below average (Mrs. Spatz the 5th grade teach is the worst). I had high hopes but at the end I was disappointed here. Their main focus is money not education. There is room for MUCH improvement. Replacing the entire front office is a good starting point. Look at other Private schools in the area for your Children they will be much better off. Close Quote

Open Quote I absolutely love this school! They give a great education to their students. The school also offers each student grades 4-8 their own iPad. I think that iPads have engaged the students to work. I would definitely recommend this school for sure!! Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
