I found the staff to be snobby, prideful and not candid or sincere ...

I filled out an application and took my child in to Regency for testing as they require it. Regency wanted additional funds for the testing but doesn't accept accept Visa or Debit (check only) which is unusual. After the testing I met with the Principal and was informed my child wasn't smart enough for the school! Really? My child is in the gifted program (high IQ), is an honor roll student, and he aced the FCAT for crying out loud! They could have said just about anything but "not smart enough" is preposterous.

I don't know what was really going on at Regency but maybe they have a scam where they reject most of the applicants and keep the money?

This is a school that has been making all the right moves. They have added up to date computer lab with brand new Mac computers. They have added foreign language throughout the school. Excellent teachers with multiple teachers having a PhD and tons of experience. Great after school programs including ballet and dance as well as martial arts. While the academics are challenging using a combination of Abeka and BJUPress curriculum, they really shine in the spiritual area with daily Bible classes and a weekly chapel. Close Quote
