Open Quote My son started Kindergarten in the midst of the craziest year ever. JC Mitchell Elementary School was very organized through the whole process and has continued to be a great learning environment in spite of the obstacles. The class sizes are good, the principal and staff are transparent, and they all seem to genuinely care. They take pride in making school an environment for all children and staff to feel safe and accepted. It's been a wonderful first year in elementary school even with the craziness they had to endure and work around. Close Quote

Open Quote Worst Place ever for a school starting with the Principal of this school full of attitude, ignorant and totally disrespectful, if any supervision from district county or state, Principal not prepared either to be a front desk. atmosphere full of bully. teachers care less, violence all over the school. security way below, academic forget about it. This school need an urgent intervention from district, county or state. Think twice before sending your kid to it. and if your kids go there Good Luck. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
