Open Quote I can only speak for first grade, but the bullying problem needs to be addressed! Parents of bullies aren't contacted and teachers need to educate kids to be more tolerant and kinder to others. Little hooligans pick on the quieter, sweeter kids, especially those with special needs. Goodness knows what burden to society the bullies will grow up to be. Very disappointed in teachers and administration for not protecting our kids. Close Quote

Open Quote As a grandparent, I have had the opportunity to observe this school for about 8-9 years - with one grandson now 18 and the other currently a student there. The teachers are extremely dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring. The support staff is probably one of the best I've ever observed. (I'm also a former teacher.) The school has unfailingly provided excellent education at the elementary level. The Mandarin area of Jacksonville is fortunate to have such an excellent academic institution within our district.
