Open Quote Mason is an incredible school. My daughter loves learning and she feels that she’s being challenged every single day. The teachers are smart, engaged, with a lot of passion to teach, and always happy. We have been to a couple of schools and this is where my daughter strives and enjoys learning, she doesn’t want to go anywhere else. We love it, but most importantly, she does! Close Quote

Open Quote Once was a great school now has turned into a war prison. They knit pick every little thing. They herass students about their uniforms. My son put his backpack on after getting out of the car and it pushed up his coller by accident and was given a demerit .
He is being targeted by teachers because of misbehaving and teachers look for reasons to give him a demerit.
Enough is enough! Close Quote

Open Quote This school is in its third year. Over 800 students now attend this school K-11. Wonderful education - it's the kind of education you assume is taking place in other schools. Students enjoy learning! Charter school = tuition free. The prior 2 years, the school has been "A-Rated" by the FSA scores. That said, this school does not teach to those tests. "they will take care of themselves". Quality education. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
