Open Quote I’m writing this review so that people who are moving to the area know the truth. I wish that someone would have let me know before I made the move but now I’m stuck. This school has great testing scores because of the parents. Whenever parents are involved it lifts the scores. The teachers vary widely with some that are good to some that just phone it in for a paycheck. I’d accept all of that because I can make sure that my kids get what they need by supplementing the curriculum. I am accustomed to giving them extra work so that they are on par with other counties and states. What I will not tolerate is bullying. Kids need to be taught that it’s not acceptable. The problem with bullying at this school is rampant and no one addresses it from the teacher all the way up to the principal. Close Quote

Open Quote My children transferred in to this school this past year. The second grade class was challenging and fun with lots of science projects. Teachers are very much involved in gaining grants for additional projects. PTA is very active and have wonderful family events. AfterCare program is ok; it was better at the previous school (private company run).Overall; the children are thrilled to be a part of this active and student focused campus. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
