Norwich Technical High School is a public technical high school in Norwich, CT, serving grades 9–12 with approximately 649 students as part of the Connecticut Technical Education and Career System. The school ranks 70th out of 133 Connecticut high schools (47th percentile), which is noticeably above its district's overall 9th-percentile ranking. About 34.8% of students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch, and the student-teacher ratio is approximately 11.2 to 1.

Where Norwich Technical truly stands out is in graduation, attendance, and applied science. The school posts a near-perfect graduation rate of 99.3% (2024–2025), far above the state average of 91.2% and well ahead of nearby schools such as Norwich Free Academy (92.2%) and Bacon Academy (88.4%). Chronic absenteeism is just 11.2%—the lowest among all nearby comparison schools, including Montville High School (25.3%), Griswold High School (26.7%), and Norwich Free Academy (23.4%).
