Bullard-Havens Technical High School is a career and technical high school in Bridgeport, CT, serving 819 students in grades 9–12 as part of the Connecticut Technical Education and Career System. The school presents an unusual profile: nearly all of its students graduate, yet standardized test scores are among the lowest in the region — a pattern that reflects its technical education mission, where success is measured by on-time completion and workforce readiness rather than test scores alone.

In 2024–2025, 99.0% of Bullard-Havens seniors graduated, well above the state average of 91.2% and dramatically higher than nearby Warren Harding High School (80.7%) and Central High School (77.4%).
