That marks a significant leap from last year's #138 ranking and earns the school a 4-star rating, with proficiency rates in math, science, and ELA all exceeding district and state averages by wide margins.

Liberty stands out among its neighbors for math and science. Its 57.1% math proficiency tops every nearby middle school in the comparison set, including Fox Ridge Middle School (47.2%), Cimarron Middle (48.5%), and Infinity Middle School (44.8%). Eighth-grade math is particularly impressive at 66.7% proficient, well ahead of those same peers. Science proficiency (55.9%) is likewise the highest in the area. The school also improved sharply in a single year—math jumped from 46.6% to 57.1%, and science from 44.5% to 55.9%. Even so, Liberty's academic results exceed what its demographics alone would predict—it serves a higher share of free/reduced-lunch students (37.8%) than Fox Ridge (17.9%), Cimarron (14.7%), or Infinity (22.9%), yet it still outpaces them in math and science. I agree that bulling is out of control at Liberty. The administration has little or no concern for students well being. Two of my children who have attended Liberty were constantly bullied and witnessed many other children being bullied on a daily basis. The counselors have been no help at all to them, shifting blame and causing them to feel even worse about the situations. They proposed solutions yet never followed through with them. Unless the bullying issues and procedures are addressed and a new system is implemented,I would not reccomend this school to anyone! Close Quote
