Antelope Ridge Elementary School is a PreK–5 elementary school in Aurora, Colorado, serving 549 students as part of the Cherry Creek School District No. 5, a top-rated district ranked 26th statewide with a 4-star rating. The school currently holds a 3-star rating, placing it in the 61st percentile of Colorado elementary schools. A decade ago, Antelope Ridge regularly ranked in the 80th–87th percentile, but it has stabilized in the 53rd–63rd percentile range in recent years—a shift that coincides with the student body becoming more economically diverse, as free/reduced lunch eligibility jumped from 29% in 2022-23 to roughly 40% in 2024-25.

Academically, math is a clear strength. Mr. Powell is an excellent principal, advocating kids, teachers and the school itself. Specials/Electives teachers are treated as respectfully as classroom teachers. I subbed at Antelope Ridge for 6 weeks in 2014 and it was the best placement experience I've ever had. The teachers are caring and professional, setting high standards for themselves and their students. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and the Specials team was excellent.
