Summary:

ZIP code 95616 has 15 schools in Davis Joint Unified: nine elementary, two middle, three high, and one alternative school, serving students from elementary through high school. Most schools with reported 2025–2026 results scored above state rates, but the picture varies sharply by school: 12 of 14 schools with ELA scores and 13 of 14 with math and science scores exceeded state rates. The clearest overall concern is Martin Luther King High, which scored below state rates in all three subjects.

The top school depends on the subject, while Martin Luther King was lowest across the board. Davis Senior High led all-grades ELA at 81%, Oliver Wendell Holmes Junior High led math at 74%, and Robert E. Willett Elementary led science at 76%.
