Mesa Verde Middle is a San Diego school serving grades 6–8, with 1,178 students. Its 2025–2026 results are strong across the board, with at least 74% of students proficient in each reported subject. The most important finding for families is that Mesa Verde had the highest all-grade results in English language arts (ELA), math, and science among the seven nearby schools that also serve grades 6–8.

Math is Mesa Verde’s strongest subject relative to nearby peers, the state, and its district, Poway Unified.
