Mammoth High is a public high school serving grades 9–12 in Mammoth Lakes, with 330 students in the mountain community. It is part of Mammoth Unified. The clearest concern for families is attendance: in 2025–26, 32% of students were chronically absent, up from 18% in 2022–23 and well above the latest state rate of 18%.

Academically, the school is strongest in English language arts and weakest in math compared with the state and district.
