Foulks Ranch Elementary serves 779 students in grades K–6 in Elk Grove and is part of Elk Grove Unified. In 2025–2026, its all-grades proficiency rates were above state and district levels in English language arts (ELA), math and science. The clearest concern is sixth grade: ELA proficiency was 50%, 7 percentage points below the district, and math was 32%, 11 points below; eight of 10 nearby schools scored higher in ELA and nine scored higher in math.

Do not send your child her the first grade teacher talk to my child crazy. Calls her ugly ,stupid, tells her she’ll work at Walmart or McDonald’s. She took my child’s hair down without MY permission. My child says she pushed her and made her hurt her back.. her assistant is just as bad smile in your face and treat your child like trash behind your back, like my child wasn’t going to come and tell her parents everything.. so much more I can say about how horrible of a person the teacher is but I’ll be sitting for hours so I’ll just stop her just watch out because they’ll lie to over their butt Close Quote
