Brisbane Elementary

The three schools in Brisbane Elementary serve 484 students across kindergarten through grade 8: two elementary schools serve K–5, and Lipman Middle serves grades 6–8. In 2025–2026, all three were above the state in math, with proficiency ranging from 55% to 65%, compared with 38% statewide. Science was less consistent: the schools ranged from 27% to 47%, against 36% statewide. The clearest shared academic strength in this area is math, while science results vary substantially by school.

Lipman Middle led in all-grade ELA at 68% and science at 47%; its ELA result was 18 percentage points above the state, and its science result was 11 points above. Brisbane Elementary and Lipman were effectively tied in math, both at 65%. Panorama Elementary had the lowest all-grade ELA and science results, at 47% and 27%, but its 55% math result was still 16 points above the state. Among the two elementary schools, Brisbane led in every same-grade ELA and math comparison: its ELA advantage was 20, 16, and 17 points in grades 3, 4, and 5, respectively. Recent trends differ: from 2024–2025 to 2025–2026, Lipman rose 5 points in ELA, 6 in math, and 18 in science, while Brisbane’s science fell 27 points and Panorama’s fell 55. Brisbane’s math also declined 7 points, and Panorama’s declined 5. SchoolDigger gives Brisbane and Lipman four stars and Panorama three. As context, the schools’ 2024–2025 free/reduced-lunch eligible shares were 17% at Brisbane, 19% at Lipman, and 35% at Panorama; these figures describe eligibility, not a cause of test results. In 2025–2026, chronic absenteeism was 22% at Panorama, above the 18% state figure, compared with 6% at Brisbane and 11% at Lipman.
