Open Quote This school changed my sons life. Before hi star I would get calls everyday from school asking me to pick him up because they could not handle him. This went on for four years them bouncing him from one class to another. By the time we got him to hi star he could not read at all. He has been at hi star about six years now and has made huge gains. He reads, he gets 100's on spelling test and has made true friendships. Hi star teacher kids manners, love, kindness, and respect. They truly care about each child there. They try and give the kids a normal school experience by having dances, plays, special Olympics, art shows, outings to teach life skillls. The teachers are firm but loving. I would recommend this program . Thank you hi star for changing my sons life. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
