Open Quote This school is for profit they have no real curriculum kids have no stucture no behavior plans. Children have asulted teachers and IA's. There is no cafeteria they do not provide free or reduced lunches children like they bring there own lunches they 2 microwaves to heat lunch in. They treatment of staff is unreasonable and not fair. Director along with management is very rude condescending and just out right disrespectful very hostile environment they manage by intimidation. I would not recommend this shool to anyone for education or employment the turnover rate for staff is very high. Close Quote

Open Quote This site says that 20 receive free or reduced lunch. That is 100 incorrect. They do not have a cafeteria that serves hot lunch of any kind. All of the students bring their lunch from home and all they have is 3 microwaves for students to heat their lunches. They do have culinary classes as part of their curriculum, but this is NOT a free lunch service. They have a very high turnover staff rate due to management and inconsistent goals. While the teachers there truly care, there is not a school wide curriculum in place and students suffer academically. Management is inconsistent and does not lead by example. This is a business, not a school. I could not in good faith send my child there knowing some of the “behaviors” they allow to go on with minimal consequences. A visit will not show you the true school. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
