Open Quote We had really bad experiences here. Our son is a straight A student and one of the top of their class. Nevertheless, he was bullied and harassed by a teacher at this school. We tried to work with the school to figure out what was going on and find a way to resolve this. Ultimately, the management was so bad that it was impossible to do so. We realize that maybe it had to do the the fact that they seem to be a sinking ship and we weren't the only parents voicing a concern. They didn't seem to be trying to resolve anything, just minimize the issues that were coming up form different parents left and right. The kids here seem miserable. A theory I have is that they all seem bored and oppressed and this brings out the worst in the kids. A lot of the kids are bullying, spewing racists comments to each other, sexually harassing each other, and many of them seem disengaged from what they are learning. It seems to me that independent thinking is not welcome here and they mainly want conformists and kids that like to be told what to do and not how to think. I always felt bad every time I dropped my kid off at school, and this year we were happy to send him to a new school where I can see his true self come out again. Close Quote
