The five schools in Santa Cruz Valley Unified District serve students in Santa Cruz Valley from prekindergarten through grade 12: Rio Rico High School serves grades 9–12, Calabasas School serves PK–8, Coatimundi Middle School serves grades 6–8, and Mountain View School and San Cayetano Elementary School serve K–5. All five schools’ all-grades AASA results are below Arizona’s in both ELA and math: the group averages about 30% in ELA versus 41% statewide, and 19% in math versus 33%.
