This suggests that Wilson School is a high-performing school within its local context. However, the school's fluctuating chronic absenteeism rates, which occasionally exceed the 10% target, indicate a potential area for improvement.

Open Quote Board of Education wants to spend 7 million on a new administration building. This money is in a reserve account and should be used for the children. They cut the basic needs for elementary schools. Examples: Workbooks for spelling, english, reading, and wonder why test results are poor. The failing system is the result of the extreme degree of nepotism. The principal of this school actually is first cousins with the administrator, who in turn got his job from his father.
