The only school that consistently outperforms Chiles is the charter Lutz Preparatory School (97th percentile), but Chiles serves a more diverse socioeconomic population, with 27.7% of students qualifying for free or reduced lunch versus Lutz Prep's 0.9%.

Chiles achieves its top-tier results with high efficiency, spending significantly less per student than many lower-performing nearby schools, such as Maniscalco K-8 School ($13,515) and Mort Elementary School ($12,582). This decade-long trajectory of excellence, even through the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrates a deeply embedded culture of high expectations and effective teaching. For families in the Tampa Palms area, Chiles is clearly the preferred choice for those prioritizing academic performance, offering a proven track record of success in math, science, and overall student engagement.

Open Quote We always want to give the best for our 2 sons. And education tops the list. Its just months since my elder son is going to this school. But these months are enough to say how good the school is. The teachers and parents are so committed. The atmosphere is so positive. The amount of homework they give is just the right dosage(not less and definitely not more). I jus cant wait to put my lil one next year!!! Close Quote
