Booth Hill School's academic performance is truly impressive, with students significantly outpacing state and district averages in standardized tests. The school's special education program is also a standout, ranking 16th out of 371 Connecticut elementary schools. While Booth Hill School's overall performance is exceptional, the school should continue to address any underlying equity issues, as there are some disparities in the rankings of specific student subgroups. Nonetheless, Booth Hill's sustained excellence is a testament to its commitment to providing a high-quality education. Compared to other schools in the Trumbull School District, such as the highly-ranked Daniels Farm School, Booth Hill School remains a standout choice for families seeking an exceptional elementary education.

Open Quote There are reasons why people move from one geographical area to another. We moved from NYC to Trumbull and have never looked back. Booth Hill Elementary has a wonderful principal that looks after the children so well, that you find it more family oriented than anything else, with a primary focus on education... with a focus on the individual student when called for. The teachers are amazing and if leaving NYC means we don't have access to the best eateries in the country, then it is far exceeded by the education and care given by the teachers in this school.

I can't impress upon people that don't know this school, the educators or the area in general, how amazing it is to come home to a happy child that is excited to go to school everyday. This is one place I can honestly say that your tax money actually goes to something and it truly makes a difference.

Life is too short to settle for something substandard for your child... the commute is well worth it. Our involvement in this community will only grow with time and we love contributing to anything that has to do with the school, especially if it involves volunteers. The interaction is something that you enjoy beyond words.
