Open Quote We definitely bought into the idea of the Ridgeline "Family" but soon came to realize that the morale among the staff was low due to the inefficiencies of the administrators. Although many people will tout that Ridgeline is made up of great families and teachers, many of those people are leaving because of the prevalent issues that are being swept under the rug.

The lack of discipline allows bullying to happen throughout the school, with little to no consequences to stop the behaviors. Many families and teachers have brought this issue up to the administration, which has done nothing of value besides legally making sure they're covered instead of addressing the root causes of the issues.

Great sales pitch by the administration, but when push comes to shove and you are looking for true leadership and follow through, you'll just receive more sales pitch style discussions with little to no actual action. Close Quote
