The school consistently earns a 4-star rating and boasts a strong graduation rate that surged to 96.2% in the 2024-2025 school year, surpassing both the district and state averages. Riverview’s greatest academic strength is in English Language Arts (ELA), where 69% of 10th graders are proficient—significantly higher than nearby Sarasota High School (67%) and dramatically above Booker High School (46%) and Sarasota Military Academy (40%).
