Open Quote EXTREMELY disorganized and incompetant environment. Teachers and administrators lack focus and direction. Grades are not entered for weeks or even months, with constant complaints from staff of being too busy to do their jobs. It seems, at times, no one is in charge, and that some of the staff operates independently of established rules or guidelines. In fact, it is not uncommon to hear faculty complain about their jobs, or co-workers in front of students or to parents.Remember the phrase going from the frying pan to the fire, when considering a switch to this type of environment.
