As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote My son has ADHD and in 2nd grade . This school is only good if your kid doesn't need an IEP or any other special help. The principle Mrs. Sandra Horst is more concern with the state testing then caring and helping the kids who really need it. I CANT EVEN trust the school to give my son his adhd medicine, I had to go to the school myself to do it because when I did have them do it at first, it wasn't given at the right time or written down( which is the only thing MRS.Horst cared about)and several other people tried to give It to him and when he said I already took it , they didn't believe him. I go to alot of special education groups and I always get the same comment when I say where my son goes to school" I cant stand that school" or something close to it.

I am waiting for an opening in a program at another school for my son . His kindergarten teacher Missy Meadows doesn't help the kids in reading that need help she has the paraeducater do that , she helps the gifted readers. She had favorite students and used those kids to show what the right way to do the work . My son hated school still does. She made him feel so dumb because he didn't couldn't do his work like the kids who she showed off there work. First grade was alot better his teacher was the lady that got most of the special kids as his kindergarten teacher told me. This year his teacher Mrs. Graham wont let me volunteer so I can see what could be the problem. When my daughter went there one of her teacher spoke to her wrongly and tried to lie about it but there was a parent who heard and saw everything , but nothing happened to the teacher. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
