Open Quote Rozelle Elementary Optional School is the only Creative and Performing Arts Elementary School in Memphis, and the best kept secret (Performing Arts School 2.0) in Memphis. Students develop creative thinking, innovation, collaboration, and problem solving through the intersection of its dynamic academic model and the CAPA Program. Accomplished Serial Entrepreneurs, Music Producers, Violinists, Writers, Community Foundation Leaders are among Rozelle's alumni (Wendy Moten, Harrison Crite, Stan Bell, Mose Bows just to name a few). This program gets young people prepared to enter fields where they have to have deep creative thinking, problem solving and collaboration skills ---skills absolutely required in the Innovation Economy.
