Open Quote Test scores alone do not define a high quality school. Martinsburg Elementary School is a caring and effective school that combines high expectations with nurturing teachers. The level of parental involvement for this school is outstanding. Achievement outcomes for the school, as demonstrated by annually meeting the rigorous AYP standards of the state department of education, are considered stellar.
